Bengaluru: Demanding that their employment be regularised and made permanent have warned that they would go on an indefinite strike from July 1.
Joint Struggle Committee of Pourakarmika Unions stated in a release that they will strike work and also have planned to hold an indefinite demonstration in front of the Deputy Commissioners’ Offices in all the Districts.
Pourakarmikas have been urging the fulfillment of their demands of regularisation of their employment for several years now.
