Bengaluru: Karnataka Pradesh Congress Committee President D. K. Shivakumar on Sunday May 22 dismissed the reports about differences between him and Former Chief Minister Siddaramaiah with regard to recommendations of candidates to MLC polls.
He said the State Unit has sent its recommendations on candidates to the party High Command. It is the tradition in the Congress to share our opinion with the High Command, he said.
Stating that over 100 aspirants are desirous while few others though not applied have the required qualification. We have sent in our recommendation, and it is for the high command to take final decision,” he added.
