Bengaluru: Bangalore Metro Rail Corporation Limited (BMRCL) will begin selling one-day and three-day passes from Saturday April 2. It will also refund unclaimed amounts on online smart card recharges and top-ups.

A BMRCL release on Wednesday stated that “A one-day Metro pass is priced at Rs. 200 (includes a refundable deposit of Rs. 50), which allows unlimited travel on the date of purchase.”

It further stated that a three-day pass for Rs. 400 (with a Rs. 50 deposit) provides unlimited Namma Metro travel for three days from the date of purchase.

Commuters will be able to buy passes at station ticket counters, and the deposit will be refunded when the smart card is returned to any station’s Customer Care Centre.
