Bengaluru: The State has seen nine deaths and has reported 775 new Covid – 19 cases taking the total toll to 37,726, states the Health Department on Sunday September 26.
Out of 9 deaths reported, three are from Bengaluru Urban; one each from Belagavi, Dakshina Kannada, Hassan, Kodagu, Mysuru and Shivamogga. With 860 discharges, the total recoveries in the State has reached 29,22,427. The positivity rate stands at 0.54 per cent, while case fatality rate (CFR) is at 1.16 per cent. In all there are 13, 213 active cases in the State.
Among the districts 255 cases were reported from Bengaluru Urban, 99 from Dakshina Kannada, 81 from Mysuru, 55 from Kodagu, and 52 from Chikkamagaluru among others.
