Bengaluru: Afsha Jabeen, who had allegedly tried to recruit youths for the terror outfit Islamic State (IS), has told intelligence officials that there are nine active members of IS in India out of which one is based in Bengaluru.
The others are based in Delhi, Hyderabad, Mumbai and Kashmir, Jabeen revealed, adding that they are all in touch with her on Facebook.
The 38-year-old Muslim woman hailing from Hyderabad had entered into wedlock with a Hindu real estate businessman. She, who then shifted to the UAE was recently deported for allegedly preaching on behalf of the ISIS.
