Online game on KGF gets mixed response

Bengaluru: Yash starrer KGF is breaking all records at the box office. The film has also become the first Kannada film to enter Rs 100 crore club. However, that does not seem to be the case with its online game.

An online game ‘KGF’ has been released by Mobi2Fun Private Limited. The game, available on Google Play, has been downloaded by 5,000 players. In the game, hero Yash, alias Rocky Bhai, is trapped inside the KGF gold mines with revolving trolleys on tracks, and depending on the players’ skills, he will be able to set bhai free. The game uses ‘Salaam Rocky Bhai’ the song from the movie KGF as its background score. The game has 50 levels of increasing difficulty.

While the makers of the game must have hoped to strike gold, the review section shows that people have had mixed feelings about the game.

While some felt that the game is awesome, others questioned the logic of using Rocky Bhai song in each and every level. It looks like it is the time of Yash now and he is everywhere from video games to the big screen.
