Ramanagara: “I have done a lot of work as an MLA from this Constituency many times. I am the one who brought irrigation. However, self-respecting people have to question the voters as to how they chose those who left me and migrated. Therefore, I have taken up the Swabhimani Sankalp Nadige,” said former Minister C. P. Yogeshwar.
He was speaking after inaugurating the Swabhimani Sankalpa Nadige by offering special pujas at the historic Kengal Anjaneyaswamy Temple in Channapattana Taluk of the District. “I have undertaken a Swabhimani Yatra to get answers from the people. For two months, I will go door-to-door in the entire Constituency. I will make Kumaraswamy realise about his misrule. What was his contribution to the Constituency? We will tell you how long he has been in the field,” he said.
“We have brought Rs. 1,500 Crore grant to Channapattna. But, what happened to that money People can’t see it. Kumaraswamy should be asked what development he has done in the Taluk,” Yogeshwar said adding that there is no tie-up with any party this time. Union Home Minister Amit Shah has already made it clear, he said.
