Mysuru: Minister for Higher Education Dr. C. N. Ashwath Narayan expressed confidence that BJP candidate M. V. Ravishankar from the South Graduates constituency will get selected in the upcoming MLC election.
Campaigning for the candidate at Ayurvedic College, BGS college, Maharaja college, Yuvaraja college, Saraswatipuram Somani college, and Alanahalli Cauveri college that the candidate of the party has the mindset of responding to the aspirations of graduates.
He claimed that there is a wave of support for the BJP in the districts of Mysuru, Mandya, Hassan, and Chamarajanagara, and that the BJP has always shown its commitment to fulfilling its promises.
“Former Chief Minister Siddaramaiah and several other Congress leaders are making baseless allegations against the BIJP in the PSC and Assistant Professors recruitment. However, these accusations are based on political reasons. In addition, the BJP-led government has called for an inquiry. When Congress was in power, however, similar schemes were hushed up,” he said.
