Bengaluru: Miscreants fled with Rs 10 lakh kept inside the dickey of a businessman’s scooter at JP Nagar in Bengaluru on Wednesday.
It is said Suman Raj, who owns a granite business at Jigani, had collected Rs 15 lakh from a business partner on Tuesday. The next day, he went to deposit some cash in a bank. On reaching the bank in Subramanyapura, he parked the scooter and went inside with Rs 4.25 lakh. When Suman Raj came out, he found the dickey open and the cash missing.
The Subramanyapura police have registered a case.
