Bengaluru: The High Court of Karnataka has reserved its judgment on the bail application of two accused in the murder case of RSS worker Rudresh.

The court held a three-day hearing on the bail application before reserving the judgement on Tuesday June 7.

Irfan Pasha and Mohammed Mujibulla, the two main accused in the murder, had approached the HC seeking bail after their bail application had been denied by the special court for National Investigation Agency (NIA) cases.

A division bench of Justice K. Somashekar and Justice Shivashankar Amarannavar heard the appeals.

Advocate S. Balakrishnan argued for the accused, while P. Prasanna Kumar represented the NIA.

The accused are in custody since October 27, 2016.
