Bengaluru: The decks have been cleared for the 2020 SSLC examinations as a three-judge Supreme Court bench dismissed a special leave petition filed by a Belagavi resident named Rajashri.
The bench was headed by Justice L Nageshwara Rao. Advocate general of Karnataka K Prabhulinga Navadagi argued in favour of the KSEEB, which is conducting the examination.
With this win, the KSEEB is all set to go ahead with the examinations which will start on June 25. Over 8.5 lakh students will be appearing for the 2020 SSLC examinations.
