Bengaluru: The complainants in the rape case against Sri Ramachandrapura Mutt seer, Raghaveshwara Bharati Swami, which is being probed by the Crime Investigation Department, were allegedly threatened over the phone.
The complainants in the case got threatening calls from people claiming to be from the ‘underworld’. A person calling himself ‘Kaliyogesh’ called both the complainants from Australia and threatened the victims to drop the case against the seer.
Police are investigating.
