Bengaluru: The Bengaluru Metropolitan Transport Corporation (BMTC) has launched ‘Special Bengaluru Darshini’ services for sportspersons travelling to Bengaluru to compete in the Khelo India University Games.
The event will take place from April 24 to May 3 at several locations throughout the city.
Iskcon Temple, Vidhana Soudha, Gavigangadhareshwara Temple, Dodda Ganapathi Temple, Tipu Palace, Government Museum, Lalbagh, National Gallery of Modern Art, Visvesvaraya Industrial and Technological Museum on Kasturba Road, and Cubbon Park will be covered in the first package, which starts at 9.00 am. According to sources, this will begin at the Kempegowda bus station and cost Rs. 420 per person.
The second package, which begins at 8.40 am at Art of Living on Kanakapura Road, will also include trips to Gavigangadhareshwara Temple, Vidhana Soudha, Lalbagh, Dodda Ganapathi Temple, and Art of Living. It will cost Rs. 500 per person.
The press release stated that the third package will tour Vidhana Soudha, Visvesvaraya Industrial and Technological Museum on Kasturba Road, Cubbon Park, and Lalbagh, beginning at 8.30 am from Jain University Global Campus on Kanakapura Road. This will cost Rs. 600 each person.
