Bengaluru: The Commercial Street police have arrested three people for allegedly killing a rowdy-sheeter on Saturday at Shivajinagar Circle in Bengaluru.

The police have identified the accused as Nazim (21), Fasi (24) and Nazeer (25).

According to the police, the accused had stabbed Iliyas alias Takali, a rowdy-sheeter. The police said the deceased was out on a bail 15 days ago from Parappana Agrahara Central Prison. He was in the prison for kidnapping the sister of the three accused persons six months ago. Later, the parents of the girl were arranging for her marriage, but Ilias had objected.

Angered by Ilias’ behavior, the brothers of the girl attacked him. The accused fled from the spot after stabbing Ilias to death.
