Bengaluru: The Transport Department authorities seized 17 luxury cars including a Rolls-Royce car parked near a building near UB city in Bengaluru.
According to the sources, one of these cars belongs to a Bollywood artist. However, no documents are found with the driver who was taking care of these cars.
The Rolls Royce car was registered in Maharastra. “The drive failed to produce any documents related to the 17 cars. So, they are seized,” informed transport department officials.
According to the sources, these cars are now brought to Nelamanagala RTO office where the department will carry out an inquiry. It has been alleged that a section of politicians tried to influence the officials against carrying this operation.
