Bengaluru: Two persons who allegedly used morphed Aadhaar cards to smuggle drugs have been arrested by Customs officials.
On information, the officials intercepted a consignment at the International Courier Terminal in the City. The contraband was supposed to be exported to Australia.
According to the Customs officials’ statement on Saturday May 21, an intelligence input was received in April end by the officers of Customs Intelligence Unit (CIU) and Special Intelligence and Investigation Branch (SIIB), Bengaluru Airport and Air Cargo Commissionerate.
