Bengaluru: Based on the complaints lodged by his wife Nagarathna and daughter Monisha, the state women’s commission issued a notice to Duniya Vijay asking him to be present for hearing either on November 12 or 13.
According to the sources, the commission sent a notice to the actor on Saturday based on the complaints of harassment and assault lodged by his wife and daughter.
“On October 30, they had registered the case. The commission wants to hold a face to face counseling the actor and his daughter Monisha. His wife may not turn up for the counseling as she is absconding,” said sources in the commission.
Already, the state Commission for the Protection of Child Rights issued a notice to actor based on the complaint lodged by his second daughter Monica.
