Karwar: State Muzrai Department and Dakshina Kannada district in-charge minister Kota Srinivas Poojary has said that disqualified MLA Shivaram Hebbar should win in the upcoming by-poll and subsequently, become a minister in the BSY-led BJP government.
Addressing the party workers on Saturday, November 16, Srinivas Poojary said, “Former MLA V S Patil and Hebbar must work in unity, like brothers. The party workers must support Hebbar by visiting each and every electorate’s house and convince them to vote for the candidate. We should not forget that it is because of the sacrifice of the 17 disqualified MLAs that the BSY-led BJP government has come to power. Let us all work together.”
Shivaram Hebbar said, “Politics is like flowing water. Here, all are new to me and vice-versa. But one must not forget that, with the support of everyone, we can build a party. We shall not keep anyone aside and we will see that everybody is served justice. We need to keep this in mind and win the war (Karnataka Assembly by-poll on December 5).”
