Mangaluru: Ajith Kumar Malady was unanimously elected as the president of Bunts Mathr Sangha for the period 2016-19.
Speaking at a press meet at their office in Bunts hostel on Thursday, October 13, Malady informed that the candidates for the posts of both president and office bearers was unanimously elected as there were no other nominations.
“Meghanath Shetty, Jayaram Santha S, Sureshchandra M Shetty, M Sundara Shetty, Jaganath Shetty Bala, A Suresh Rai, Shashiraj Shetty, Rathnakar Shetty, Ravindranath S Shetty, Anand Shetty, Raviraj Shetty, Krishna Prasad Rai, Umesh Rai, Gopal Krishna Shetty, Keshav Marla, Vikas Shetty, Dr B Devdas Rai, Vasanth Shetty, Dr B Sadanand Rai and Sabitha R Shetty have been chosen as the central executive committee members of the Sangha from Mangaluru taluk,” he said.
“Subbayya Rai, Madhukar Rai, Muktananda Rai, Sathish Adappa, Latha B Rai, M Padmanabha Shetty, Sadananda Rai, K Raghu Shetty and Karthik Shetty have been chosen as the Central executive committee members from Kasargod district,” added Malady.
Election officer Prithvi Raj and others were present.
