Mangaluru: The Hindu Hitharakshana Vedike has decided to hold a massive protest rally in Thokkottu area condemning the continued attack on Hindu youth in the region.
Addressing a news conference, Vishwa Hindu Parishath leader Prof M B Puranik said that the protest rally will be held on November 15 at 10 am and over 10,000 people are expected to take part in the rally, which intends to raise voice against the increasing targeted attacks on the Hindus.
Former MLC Monappa Bhandary said that the SDPI and the PFI are behind these attacks, but the police seem to turn a blind eye despite knowing the facts fully well.
Leaders of various saffron outfits were present.
