Mangaluru: Taking advantage of the nationwide bundh call given by Congress and other organisations, opposing the fuel price hike miscreants pelted stone at a car belongs to MLA of Bantwal Rajesh Naik on Monday.
It is said that Rajesh Naik was plying in his car while protesters engaged in protesting at Bolangadi in Bantwal. Meanwhile, miscreants stoned at the car from behind which left the car damaged. However, Rajesh Naik left unhurt. Police rushed to the spot and managed to take the situation under control. Public alleging that some miscreants trying to create violence in district misusing the bundh call.
