Mangalore: Another horrifying case of rape has been reported today. Where a bus conductor has been arrested on charges of repeatedly raping a minor girl and also threatening her , that he would upload her morphed picture , if she lets anybody know about it.
The accused is identified as Faisal(30) , who is a bus conductor.He is from Shantinagar Kavoor and the victim is a 16yr old girl who is basically from Bhadravati and presently lives at Jyothinagar , Kavoor. making her pregnant and threatening to upload her morphed picture on the internet.
It was learnt that the victim , used to always board the 47 B “Raksha” bus after she finished her classes to get back home, and faisal who was the conductor of the same bus used to keep a track on her.
It is said that few months ago he had approached her and told her that he had clicked her photo in the bus.With this he also threatened to morph the picture and upload it on the internet if she refused to meet him . He also went ahead and threatened to kill her if she complained to her parents or let anyone know about this. Frightened by his threats the victim remained silent , while he continued to blckmail her. He followed her till her residence and keept a track of her.
It was in April this year , when he found out the girl is aloneat her place since her parents have gone to their native place to attend a funeral , he took as a opportunity and enterd her house and said to have raped her repeatedly for three days.
He later begain to threaten her again , the same way and the helpless victim remained silent. However , this incident came to light when the girl became pregnant and her parents came to know about what had occured with their daughter.
They have approached the Kavoor police and filed a complaint against Faisal, today. He is now been arrested and the further investigation is on.
