Kasaragod: In a collision between a car and a pickup van, a 3-year-old child died and four others including its parents were injured In Palakunna under Bekal Police Station limits on Friday, December 16.
Misabah, son of a petrol bunk owner in Kutikula is the deceased.
The child was rushed to a hospital in Mangaluru in serious condition but it succumbed on December 17. Parents Siddique and Faizia, sibling Shamas and a relative were injured in the mishap.
Bekal police have registered a case in connection with the incident.
