Mangaluru: District Youth Congress will hold a ten day campaign against Modi-led BJP government in the center under title ‘India Suffering’.
Addressing a press meet at district Congress office, Mithun Rai said that the campaign will be observed from November 29 to December 9.
“In the campaign, we will give information against the failure of Modi government in the center through street plays, mobile LED display, handouts in all the talks of Dakshina Kannada. Torch light march will be taken out on December 9th at 5:00pm from Lalbagh to Balmatta Maidan.
“Before coming to power Narendra Modi has given various assurance to the people but the government has failed to meet the assurances. Demonetisation, implementation of GST, increase of LPG price, increase in petroleum products cost has put poor people in to misery. Though the PM had assured that demonetization will put an end to terrorism and naxalism, this has not happened,” he added.
