Mangaluru: The CCB police arrested a drug peddler who used to sell ganja to college students and public here on October 16.
Mohammed Izuddin (32), a city bus conductor by profession from Bantwal is the arrested.
Police on receiving credible information that he was targeting students and public near Pumpwell, arrested him and seized 200 grams of ganja and a mobile phone.
The arrested used to buy ganja from Kunjattur in Kerala and sell in the city.
The arrested has been handed over to Kankanady police. The operation was carried out as per the directions of City Police Commissioner T Suresh by DCP Hanumantharaya and Uma Prakash.
