Mangaluru: Fishermen from Sasihithlu rescued five of their kind who were left stranded after their boat went out of control on Monday, November 26.
Sources informed that a fishing boat `Anjana Varshini` was found moving erratically in the waters at Sasihithlu on Monday. On noticing this, the alert fishermen of Sasihithlu rushed to the rescue of the five men stranded at the sea.
Meanwhile, fishermen also informed the Coastal Security Force and lifeguards who also helped in the rescue operation, sources said.
