Four-day-long Lakshadeepotsava at Udupi Matha begins Nov 16

Udupi: Beginning on Uttanadwadashi day – Tuesday November 16, a four-day-long Lakshadeepotsava will be held at Shri Krishna Matha in the City till Friday November 19.

The festival of lights is celebrated with all the fervour by the devotees in this temple town. It is a joy to witness as many as 35000 diyas lit up around carstreet area of the Matha.

Further, also the Madhwasarovara, the holy tank in the premises of the matha and inner precincts of matha too is brightly lit up.
