Mangaluru: A well-known gynecologist of the city Dr. Rajesh Bhat (47) died due to a massive cardiac arrest, here on Saturday, June 22, while he was playing badminton.
Dr. Bhat was practicing in Bhat Nursing Home located at Mannagudda.
He had participated in the badminton league tournament that was organized in the Mangala Indoor Badminton Stadium, today. While playing, he collapsed all of a sudden. The other doctors were participating in the league, rushed towards him and provided first aid.
According to reports, though he was rushed to the hospital, he passed away.
