Mangalore: The Mangalore chapter of Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), organized a one day workshop on ‘Compliance leads Governance’ on Saturday September 20, at Karnataka Bank Auditorium, Mangalore.
Venkata Ramana Rajavolu, CS, Hyderabad, Y.V Balachandra were the key speakers. Rajavolu spoke on the topic titled ‘Incorporation of company with special reference to One Person Company (OPC)’.
CS Y V Balachandra inaugurated the workshop. CS Ullas Kumar Melinamogaru welcomed the guests, CS P V Pai introduced the dignitaries.
