Mangaluru: In the background of Russia – Ukraine war, Dakshina Kannada District Deputy Commissioner (DC) Dr. Rajendra K. V. has requested the people of the District to provide information if their family members or any of their acquaintances who are working or staying in Ukraine are in trouble.
Speaking to mediapersons on Thursday February 24, DC urged the citizens to inform of anyone from Dakshina Kannada who is facing problem in Ukraine. He asked the family members of those who are in problem at Ukraine to contact District Administration.
It is now known that Russian President Vladimir Putin has announced a war against Ukraine. He has stated that the clashes between Russian and Ukranian forces are inevitable.
