Mangaluru: Ports, Fisheries and Inland Water Transport Minister S. Angara said that the ‘Vijay Sankalp Yatra’ led by the State BJP will reach Sullia Constituency on Saturday March 11.
Speaking to mediapersons, a grand roadshow will be held in Sullia. State-level Leaders of the BJP will participate, he said and added that all preparations have been made for the success of the Vijay Sankalp Yatra. The Vijaya Sankalp Yatra will start from Madikeri in the morning on Saturday and will reach Sampaje by noon, he said.
The yatra will be welcomed at the District border and then proceed to Sampaje, Aranthodu and reach Sullia. It will be welcomed near Vishnu Circle in Sullia at around 2.30 pm. The roadshow will be held in the City from 3.00 pm onwards and thousands of activists will participate in it. BJP State President Nalin Kumar Kateel, Former Chief Minister D. V. Sadananda Gowda, Former Minister K. S. Eshwarappa, Ministers V. Sunil Kumar, Kota Srinivas Poojary, BJP District President Sudarshan Moodabidre and Ministers, MLAs, BJP State Leaders, District Leaders and thousands of workers will take part in the ‘Vijay Sankalp Yatra’, he said.
Meetings have been held at the village level, and booth level to prepare for the yatra. He has requested activists, fans and the general public to participate in large numbers, he added.
