Mangaluru: In a tragic incident, a car in which the driver lost control of the car rammed into an electric pole at a road divider and the car overturned near Kotekaru Beeri on NH – 66 late last night. A video of a group of local youth immediately pulling out the driver of the car and rescuing him has gone viral on social media.
The injured have been identified as Noufal, a resident of Haleangadi. The car lost control of the car while it was on its way from Talapady towards Pazhayangadi. It climbed a nearby divider and hit an electric pole. The car overturned due to the impact of the collision and the driver got trapped in it.
A group of local youth rushed to the spot, pulled out Noufal, who was trapped inside the car, and rushed him to the hospital in another car. The video has gone viral and the social concern of the youth has been appreciated by the public.
