Mangaluru: The death toll in the Bantwal shed collapse case has reached three.
It can be recalled that five rubber tapping labourers from Kerala were living in a shed when a hill collapsed on them on the evening of Wednesday July 7. JCB excavators were used for rescuing the labourers.
According to sources, Viji reportedly passed away on spot, while Babu and Santosh died in a hospital.
One of the workers was able to escape the accident, one died on the spot, and three others were injured.
