Mangaluru: Man from Belthangady Taluk goes missing

Mangaluru: A man, who had left his house on the pretext of going to Belthangady, has gone missing, police said.

The missing person has been identified as Shekhar Shettigara (53), son of Chinnayya Shettigar, a resident of Sambolya House in Odilnala Village of Belthangady Taluk in the District.

He left home on September 21 at 9.00 am. Earlier also, he had left the house in the same manner and used to come home in 2 to 3 days.

His son and complainant Mohan Shettigara said that he waited for him to come home in the same way but did not return home and thus lodged the complaint late.
