Mangaluru: Konkani’s Premier Cultural Organisation, Mandd Sobhann, is now making its debut in the film industry, and has organised a Poster Release Event for its film, on Sunday, December 11 at 5.30 pm at Kalangann, Shaktinagar.
Kannada Film Music Director Guru Kiran, Tulu Film Director Vijay Kumar Kodialbail and Konkani Actor and Producer Prince Jacob from Goa, will be the Chief Guests of the Programme.
Having a story relatable to all walks of life with a quest for Konkani identity and insights into the cultural grandeur of Konkani, the film is sure to make every Konkani proud.
At the Event, the poster will be launched and the cast will be introduced, followed by a singing performance by the renowned singer Lulu Fortes, from Goa. Entry is free.
Businessmen and Community Leaders Dr. Ronald Colaco, Rohan Monteiro, Michael D’Souza, Roy Castelino, Ronald Pinto, Vincent Cutinha and Gerald D’Mello have contributed to the film.
The Konkani community has been requested to encourage and cooperate, stated the Organisation’s President Louis J. Pinto.
