Mangaluru: A 20-year-old girl had gone missing on January 16 after going to work in Manappuram Finance. She had not returned home, but got married to a man she was in love with and appeared at the Police Station.
While working the girl fell in love with Dhanush, a DJ operator, and left home with him. Without any money, the couple went to Madgaon by train and they had sold a mobile phone to look after their expenditure. From there, the couple went to Delhi, where they sold another mobile phone and after spending the money, they returned to Madgaon. They asked friends for money and got the money through Google Pay.
Taking a serious note of the missing case, Surathkal Police traced the Google Pay number and found the couple. The girl came to the Police Station and gave a statement that she got married at a temple. The girl’s parents pleaded with her but the girl refused to go with them and insisted that she would go with Dhanush, it is learnt.
