Mangaluru: A teenager was found dead at his house on January 30 in a suspected suicide.
The deceased has been identified as Jnanesh (14), son of Jagadish and a resident of Kotimura in Padvu B village.
Police informed that Jnanesh’s parents had scolded him for using the phone. After that, he took a bath in his room before locking the door. When he was not seen after a long time, the family peeked into his room from a window. Jnanesh was found hanging from the ceiling fan.
Police said that he was later declared dead.
A case has been registered at the Kankanady Police Station.
