Mangaluru: The CRISIL has provided enhanced rating of ‘Mangalore 6 Stars’ to the most ambitious project of Land Trades Builders and Developers- ‘Maurishka Palace’, after an audit on completion of the project.
CRISIL Director Sathish Ramachandrani handed over the CRISIL rating at a press meet held here at Deepa comforts on May 27. Addressing the gathering Ramachandrani said that very few projects in the country have got 6 star rating and Maurishka is one of them.
The project was accorded a ‘Mangalore 5 Star’ ratings earlier by the CRISIL during the construction stage.
Maurishka Palace is centrally located at Kadri Kambla in the city. The project featuring two blocks has 330 apartments. The 22,000 Sq Ft exclusive Club House with full-fledged gym, independent Jacuzzis and Spas for men and women, swimming pool, indoor and outdoor sports facilities.
A feather on Land Trades’ cap is that Maurishka Palace was completed in record time of 40 months. With over 90 per cent of flats being sold, the project will complete one year this weekend.
Land Trades Proprietor Shrinath Hebbar said that the evaluation by CRISIL reflects the firm’s credibility.
