MCC to hold adalat to grant TDR DRC on Feb 18

Mangaluru: The Mangaluru City Corporation (MCC) will be holding an Adalat on Friday February 18 to accelerate the process of granting TDR Development Rights Certificate (DRC) to citizens who handed over their land for the road-widening and similar projects.

As per the Karnataka Town and Country Planning (Amendment) Act 2021, property owners who have handed over property rights to MCC for road-widening five years or prior to the initiation of Amendment Act on October 7, 2021 will be granted DRCs through fast-track procedure.

MCC Commissioner Akshy Shridhar in a press release has requested all the property owners to be present in the MCC Committee Hall on Friday 11.00 am. Also, the owners have been hereby informed that they should get along with them the necessary document proof too.
