Mangaluru: Transformation in the country has started after the NDA Government has come to power. It was the Congress which opposed all the schemes brought in by Narendra Modi. It is Congress mentality to oppose what is right, said BJP State President and MP Nalin Kumar Kateel.
Speaking to mediapersons here on Saturday June 25, Kateel said, Agnipath is a scheme wherein youth are encouraged to come to the Army. To awaken patriotism, military education is necessary for all. We did not ask the children of the Congress to take up the scheme. We have asked those who want jobs in the country and those who want a job in the Army. Agnipath will shape the future of the generation next. The Congress has the mentality to oppose everything, he asserted.
Kateel said that the Congress has a feeling of hatred and is instigating riots. Congress is acting like a mastermind behind unlawful incidents. Anarchy is being spread and the law is being taken into hands in order to play politics of hate. The Congress is showcasing the heights of stupidity by not reading what Chakrathirtha has included or excluded in the textbooks, he observed.
Asserting that the BJP will not apologise for anything, nor will take back anything due to pressure exerted by the opposition, Kateel added that BJP is the one that is into administration and in order to govern Chief Minister Basavaraj Bommai will take a good decision. It is the Congress which has brought a certain ideology in the textbooks. Let’s get to know the contents of the book first, he noted.
