Mangaluru: Vincy Pinto was arrested at the Mumbai Airport and handed over to the Dakshina Kannada District police, nearly two years after he and another man allegedly defrauded Campco Chocolate Factory of Rs 9.7 Crore.
On Wednesday March 9, the accused was brought to the Puttur Town Police Station and produced before a court. Pinto was arrested after being detained by immigration officials at the airport on Tuesday.
According to sources, another suspect in the case is absconding.
