Mangaluru: Nagaraj, an entrepreneur from Mulki, reportedly received a threat call in the name of the underground gangster, Kali Yogesh.
Nagaraj’s complaint filed with the City Police commissionerate stated that at 11 am on Saturday August 4, he received the threat call through an internet number. The caller spoke in Tulu and demanded money.
It is said that Kali Yogesh had made several internet calls to Nagaraj in 2017. When Nagaraj did not respond to his calls, he had sent his accomplices to fire at the house and car of Nagaraj. Later, the police had arrested three accused. The case is being heard by the Mysuru court and the accused are in judicial custody at present.
Amidst this, Nagaraj has received another threat call. Even the Police have no idea about the exact location of Kali Yogesh. It is suspected that he must be in Bangkok or Morocco. The Mangaluru police have issued a red corner notice against few underworld gangsters.
