Mangaluru: The model office of Ajanta Business Centre at Kapikad, which is touted to be the ray of hope in the field of commerce and real estate in the City was inaugurated by CA Shantharam Shetty. The construction of venture – Ajanta Business Centre is taken up in joint association of Nirmaan Homes and B. R. Infra.
Speaking on the occasion, Shetty said that Nirmaan Homes is known for its quality. Further, the Karnataka Digital Economy Mission of the State Government will be extended to Smart City Mangaluru too, he said and added that many IT and such industries who are looking for a base in Mangaluru can look at Ajanta Business Centre, which has all the facilities for the said set-ups.
Speaking on the occasion, Project Manager Gurudath Shenoy said that the project is unique in many ways, and further many banks have come forward to provide loans to people who are interested to buy space in Ajanta Business Centre.
