Mangaluru: Chief Minister of Karnataka Siddaramaiah and senior Congress leader B Janardhan Poojary have been at loggerheads for quite sometime. The strained relation came to fore on Friday, October 9 when the CM was in Mangaluru, but yet had no plans of going to Kudroli to witness the Dasara.
