Mangaluru: Mangaluru City Corporation (MCC) has been currently witnessing a rise in the cases of Malaria, Dengue, and Noro fever along with Covid – 19. Hence, as a precautionary measure, MCC Health Officials have decided to conduct inspections in the City.

MCC has also been receiving several complaints that many industries, factories, hotels and restaurants, wedding halls, and buildings under construction all have turned into breeding grounds for mosquitoes due to stagnant water in plastic cups, buckets and tanks.

Thus, MCC Commissioner Akshy Shridhar in a press release has requested the citizens to cooperate and assist in controlling mosquito breeding.
