Belthangady: A minor girl has filed a complaint in Belthangady Police Station on Friday October 1 against two men alleging a sexual assault on her and making her pregnant.
JCB driver Ravindra, a resident of Belthangady and a relative of the minor Yogish of Kokrady allegedly sexually assaulted the minor, studying in 10th standard.
JCB driver Ravindra introduced himself to the victim and sexually exploited her. Later, The victim’s relative, Kokrady Yogish also abused her sexually and threatened her not to communicate the matter to anyone.
The victim has lodged a complaint with the Belthangady Police Station demanding proper legal action against Ravindra and Yogish.
Based on her complaint, Belthangady Police have registered a case under POCSO Act 2012 and the investigation is on.
