Mangaluru: Karnataka’s Higher Education Minister Dr. Ashwath Narayan on Monday August 30 said the National Education Policy (NEP) is student-friendly, which aims to will transform society by empowering the children with quality education.
Karnataka government unveiled the admission module, in line with NEP 2020, which will be implemented from the current academic year (2021-22).
“NEP 2020 has all the best practices, approved models and encourages the students to indulge in environment-friendly innovations,” he said.
“This year we will completely focus on the implementation of educational reforms. I believe that we can overcome many challenges through the right education,” Narayan told.
He added that NEP is the answer to many shortcomings in the education system.
