Mangaluru: Home Minister Araga Jnanendra on Saturday December 11 directed the Director General of Police Praveen Sood to punish those who post derogatory comments on social media against the Chief of Defence Staff of Indian Armed Forces General Bipin Rawat.

A statement from Minister’s office has stated that he has instructed Sood to find out the residential addresses of those criminals who post such remarks on the social media celebrating Rawat’s death are anti-nationals. It is said that he has added that befitting punishment for the twisted minds is the only answer.

The country has suffered an irreparable loss as Rawat’s contribution to the nation was immense, Minister said.
