Moodibidri: Vajradehi Mutt head Rajashekarananda Swamiji has issued an ultimatum to the police to trace missing bride Priyanka in five days failing which he warned of intense protests.

Reacting on the kidnap incident during his visit to Priyanka’s residence on Sunday, December 17, Rajashekarananda Swamiji blamed the police inaction in the case and suspected the hand of PFI and KFD in the kidnap incident. Despite police getting clues about a person named Hyder kidnapping the bride, little has been done to solve the case in the last 10-days, he opined. He urged the police to break the “organised network” involved in the kidnap incident. He assured the worried parents of meeting the deputy commissioner and superintendent of police to request them to hasten the investigation process.

Assuring of total support from Hindu groups, Swamiji asked Priyanka’s parents not to get disillusioned, instead remain confident and hopeful.
