Ullal: A Hindu youth who was battling for life after he was attacked by miscreants in Asaigoli, succumbed to injuries here on Sunday, October 23.
It may be recalled that Karthik, a youth from Pajir near Konaje was attacked by miscreants while he was on his morning walk. A severely injured Karthik was rushed to a hospital nearby.
The police, considering the seriousness of the issue has formed five special teams to probe into the attack.
The BJP had given an ultimatum to the police to nab the culprits before Sunday evening. However, with the death of the youth may result in tension in the region.
